- 200 grams of paneer

- 2 tomatoes for making puree

Procedure
- Take spinach leaves, boil the spinach leaves in a pan, and then soak them in ice-cold water. Blend it to make a smooth puree.
- Take fresh paneer and chop it into small pieces.
- Add oil or butter in a pan, and heat on medium flame. Then add cumin seeds and finely chopped onions. Fry until it turns golden brown, and then add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree & spices. Cook the tomato puree until the oil gets separated. Add 1 tsp of turmeric, salt, and green chilies.
- Add spinach puree and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Add paneer, cream, and garam masala for creamy texture.
